What to expect before your session
I. Schedule initial phone chat
This allows us to get to know one another, for me to find out if I can meet your needs, and for you to learn what it would be like to work with me.
II. Pay invoice, sign contract, complete questionnaire
I require your session fee to be paid in full and the contract signed before I officially say you're booked.
The questionnaire helps me to get to know your family better so I can best cater your session.
III. Session & gallery delivery
Your session will happen at an agreed upon space and time. Within (1) week from your session, you will receive a proofing gallery. The images will be color corrected and have a watermark on them.
From the gallery, you will select which images you would like me to do final edits on. A final gallery will be sent to you within (2) weeks of your final selections.
FAQ
Where do sessions take place?
I have many locations in and around Keene, NH that l love but if your family is connected to a special place, that's even better!
I also love to do in home family sessions. These are a little different in that they're not as posed; more documentary style and in your natural space.
Within my session fee, I will travel (30) minutes outside of Keene, NH. Beyond that, I may request a travel fee.
what's included in the session?
The perfect family story session requires a perfect foundation. Leading up to your session, I am getting to know your family, finding the best location, and helping you plan for the day. Along with all of this, together we are creating a customized timeline to ensure we capture the most amazing photographs of your family's beautiful story.
Every collection includes a consultation and styling guidance as well as (1) location. An additional location can be added for $100.
What about inclement weather?
Worry not! I do ask you in my online questionnaire for a back up date just in case. It's always better to be prepared!
how will you use my photographs?
You as the client have the say in where I can use the images. If you grant me full usage, a few of your images will be used on my website, print portfolio, and various marketing endeavors.
For model call clients, part of the requirement is a full model release.
how many family members are included?
My session fee allows for (6) family members. For each additional person, I will request an additional $20.
Do you sell prints and wall art?
Yes! Once you receive your private online gallery, you will be able to order many various forms of prints and wall art directly from your gallery. I always recommend printing your high quality photographs with my professional labs and I will be happy to assist you in that process.
